These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoteMyVoice mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). Candidate and election data displayed in VoteMyVoice is sourced from third-party public data providers including the FEC, Open States, the Texas Secretary of State, and county election offices. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and accurate, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed.

6 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials in VoteMyVoice โ€” excluding publicly sourced government data โ€” are the property of VoteMyVoice and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any proprietary content without our express written permission.

Publicly sourced data (FEC filings, Open States data, Texas SOS records) remains in the public domain and subject to the respective providers' terms of use.

7 Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may display links to external websites and transmit data to third-party APIs to fulfill its functions. These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive any termination.

13 Changes to the Service

VoteMyVoice is an evolving product. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Service itself at any time without prior notice or liability. We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature, data source, or coverage area.
