This document is a policy draft for VoteMyVoice MVP. It should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before public launch, particularly regarding CCPA obligations and Texas election law requirements.

1 Who We Are

VoteMyVoice is a civic technology application designed to help U.S. voters check their voter registration status and find information about candidates running in their area. The current version serves voters in Texas, with an initial focus on Harris, Montgomery, Bexar, Dallas, and Tarrant Counties.

2b. Information Collected Automatically

This data is used solely for security monitoring, debugging, and aggregate product analytics. It is not linked to your address input.

2c. Location Data (GPS)

9 Third-Party Links and Services

VoteMyVoice may link to external websites such as county clerk offices, official election portals, and candidate pages. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. When we transmit data to third-party APIs (see Section 5), those providers' privacy policies govern their use of that data.
